From the shoe department ( Olivia) was fabulous. Very helpful & got someone in the mens department to help me locate exactly what I was looking for. Melanie in the mens department was outstanding & very very helpful & both were super friendly. Great experience.

Today during my experience I found that Mohamed is specially gifted in listening to customer needs and helping you find what you need even if you aren’t sure what it is exactly. The store is full of kind folks ready to serve. You will be happy you stopped by whenever you find the time.

We have purchased shoes from Smith Davis before. They give that “old school “, “back in the day” service that doesn’t exist anywhere else. We returned to the US for business and our first stop was Smith Davis for a pair shoes. The employees are very knowledgeable and placed us in the perfect fitting shoes for our use case. I definitely recommend Smith Davis!!!

Ken was amazing ! Another nurse recommended this place to me as I was complaining of my feet and legs hurting. Ken helped me on the machine to determine what would be a good fit shoe then pointed me in the right direction and I walked out with TWO pairs of shoes ! Love the 30day policy also !!!!

I met Muhammad for the first time at Smith&Davis. I have shopped there before for footwear.. He was extremely helpful, understanding my problem and the type of footwear I needed. I have been shopping at Smith and Davis for several years now and love the quality of shoes and clothing I have bought there. My latest visit to Smith and Davis was exceptional because of their new sales person Mohamed. Mohamed immediately made contact and was talking to me as if I was the most important person in the store. He seemed genuinely interested in what kind of footwear I needed due to the questions he asked. He made sure the shoes fit and I was completely satisfied with the product. He even showed me how well I could keep my shoes cleaned with one of their shoe products by cleaning the shoes I was wearing. It is rare to find such a caring person. I had a great experience here for some new custom fit shoes. Mohamed was great with my wife and I and got us custom inserts and shoes fit exactly to our foot dimensions. It’s been a while since I got custom fit shoes and they had what I needed for my newest “everything shoe”. I’m glad to have come here on a big sale too so the price was right for the quality and shoe selection.

Mohamed was the best. I love how he got me in the right size and shoe. The first thing he did was measured my feet. He said let’s just make sure we are in the right size. I am so happy he suggested that. My feet feel so much better. Thanks for all your help Mohamed.
